We have developed a unique consultative process to help our clients who are recently widowed. The process consists of two parts. The first part is the Transition Management Process which was designed with the help of the Sudden Money Institute. The loss of a spouse is a major change to one’s normal life. The experience, or Journey, of each widow is unique. The Journey is a transition from what was, to what will be. A new normal emerges.
The second part of our unique consultative process is the Wealth Management Process. We always begin with a discovery meeting, or a rediscovery meeting if emerging from the transition management process. The discovery process is a in-depth experience. Once we fully understand our client we can successfully coordinate the client’s investments with our advanced planning approach.
Through the utilization of the transition management and wealth management processes, we believe we empower our clients by answering the basic questions, like, “Will I have enough?” and empowering them to live a simple and elegant life.
If you are widowed, or are concerned about the impact of the sudden loss of a spouse, we encourage you to call us to schedule a complimentary second opinion of your financial situation. After a discovery meeting, we will either propose for you a transition plan or provide you with a thorough diagnostic of your financial situation.
We only work with clients for whom we can have a significant impact. If we feel we cannot have a significant impact on your situation we will refer you to a more appropriate firm.
